From three films to a novel in three books
An amateur screen experiment grew into an independent universe.

The beginning
Three amateur 2018 shorts are now non-canonical experiments; only the novel is canon. A few lines return after complete transformation.
Haris and the central idea
The line ‘Everything unfolds exactly as it must’ came with Mister Haris. The impulse was to build an original universe and tell the story of Haris — protagonist overall, antagonist to many.
A growing scale
Roughly nine pages in 2019 grew from a plan for one 50-chapter book into one novel in three separate books of at least 30 chapters each. Book One has 32.
What remained
The prologue's core grew from one chapter to four. The overall ending was known from the start; Book One's ending appeared when the novel was split.
